Falanghina.

THE WINE
Falanghina is an indigenous grape variety that belongs exclusively to the Campania region. Yellow straw colour more or less intense with greenish reflexes; delicate nose with fruity notes, dry taste, fresh and smooth. The acidic notes allow an excellent evolution in time.

THE PAIRING
It pairs perfectly with typical seafood cuisine of the area: mussels and crustaceans, rice or pasta with a seafood sauce, steamed calamari, grilled fried fish, and why not, with buffalo mozzarella! It's very versatile and, unlike other white wines, can be served with various cuisines, from raw fish to mushroom soup.
