THE WINE 
Minium Rosato  is a unique rosé wine made from Nebbiolo grapes (locally known as "terdes") sourced from the Perno area in Monforte d'Alba. This wine stands out for its vertical structure, with notable tannins and fresh aromas that create a distinct personality, all wrapped in an attractive color. Crafted by Elio Sandri, who blends tradition with a spirit of experimentation, this rosé comes from a small parcel of grapes originally destined for Barolo Riserva 2020. The grapes are hand-harvested, lightly pressed, and undergo 12 hours of maceration before fermenting with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. The wine is then aged in concrete for about 24 months.
