THE WINE
At the southern end of Puglia, Italy where it ends, there is a land where the oceans meet with sheer cliffs and tropical beaches : The Salento! It is in this land that Mocavero family has been making wine for years. This Salice Salentino has an intense red colour with violet reflections and aromas of fresh red berry fruits; in the mouth, it is sapid, medium structured and persistent.
