THE GRAPES
80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Cappuccio, and Alicante from century-old alberello vines (>150 years) on Etna's northern slopes at 600m, volcanic pumice terraces.

THE WINE
Intense ruby red. Ethereal nose of ripe red fruit, tobacco, black pepper, dried herbs, and balsamic notes. Elegant, harmonious palate with fine integrated tannins, beautiful texture, marked sapid-mineral character, and exceptional persistence. 12 days maceration, 24 months used tonneaux, 24+ months bottle ageing.
Saeculare ("secular") honours vines planted centuries ago—profound Etna heritage in every bottle.
