THE WINE
Selection of grapes from old vines in the La Nogara vineyard, located in the La Rocca subzone, with morainic soil. 20-30% of the grapes are vinified as whole clusters in truncated conical vats, followed by 12 months of aging in large barrels and an additional 6 months in concrete tanks.

FOOD PAIRING
This Bardolino Classico pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, cured meats, and pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces. Its fresh and fruity profile also makes it a great match for grilled white meats, vegetable-based dishes, and mild cheeses.
