The Wine
An utterly charismatic producer and equally charming wine. Krimiso is a totally natural and honest orange wine with immense character but at the same time not blowing your head off. 100% Cattarato from Alcamo, a charming sea and sun-drenched town on the idyllic northwestern coast of Sicily.

The skins go through a long but gentle maceration period of 6 months. Aldo Viola's patience rather than hectic pumping over and mixing brings out the vibrant citrus notes of the fruit, wild herbs, flinty minerals and apparent but fine tannins in the mouth.

Biodynamic, fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, with no additional sulphites.
