Perillo's Taurasi is a pure expression of Aglianico grapes, creating a robust and distinguished red wine. Crafted with spontaneous fermentation in steel and wooden vats, it matures for 20 months in barrels and barriques and continues to evolve for many more months in the bottle.
This wine is deep ruby red in color. On the nose, it offers intense and elegant aromas of ripe fruit, cherry, and blackberry, complemented by notes of ash, wet earth, cocoa, and liquorice.
