THE WINE 
From the finest vineyard plot, known for generations as "Campo del Guardiano," comes this distinguished Orvieto Classico Superiore. It ages for several months in bottles, resulting in a significant, long-lived white wine with great structure. The complexity of its aromas and the freshness of its fruit remain intact over the years, showcasing its impressive aging potential. Gentle pressing of whole grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel, and aging in stainless steel and bottles result in a wine with an intense straw-yellow color with a clear green note, a nose of remarkable depth and refinement, and a continuous, delicate aroma. On the palate, it is silky, with a full, vibrant, and persistent structure.
