Eraldo Viberti's sensitivity in understanding the peculiarities of each vintage, to adjust the right fermentation and aging times for each grape from each vineyard, makes his wines unique and recognizable, reflecting and expressing the care with which they are produced. The Barolo Rocchettevino DOCG, with its significant structure, intensity of aromas, and long persistence, is the ideal companion for rich earthy dishes and also for quiet post-dinner moments, in meditation and relaxation.
Manual harvest starting from October, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28-30 degrees Celsius for forty days, aging for 30 months in small barrels.
