THE WINE 
This Vermentino captures the essence of the winds that sweep across the Liguria region, carrying with them delicate aromas and flavours.
With its pale straw yellow colour and subtle greenish hues, this Vermentino offers a lively and fruity bouquet with fresh citrus notes and hints of aromatic herbs, all underpinned by mineral nuances. On the palate, it presents a dry, fresh flavour with a pleasing balance of saltiness and softness. The meticulous winemaking process involves gentle pressing of whole grapes, nitrogen clarification to protect primary aromas, and controlled fermentation in steel tanks, followed by maturation on the lees until the following spring.
