From the Langhe area, in Santa Maria La Morra, the Barolo winemaker Eraldo Viberti produces this light and juicy Dolcetto d'Alba, at around 280m asl.
Fresh, with a persistent floral bouquet and a pleasant, harmonious juiciness.
rosso fresco, morbido e fruttato, che accompagna con stile contemporaneo anche i piatti più rustici, come una zuppa di legumi, un bollito misto, un tagliere di formaggi non troppo stagionati.

Perfect as an everyday table wine, it can be paired with charcuterie as well as legume soup, bollito misto, or also a cheese platter (not too aged, it goes best with fresh, med aged cheeses).
