Deep ruby red with pleasant purple tones. Aroma intense and enveloping, with notes of black currant, wild strawberry and pomegranate; taste soft and velvety. Aged in old Sicilian Etna chestnut wood for 2 years of maturation. Bold & fuirty.
Food pairing : rich meaty meats, oxtail soup and beef stew, but you could easily swap BBQ burgers with bacon.
