From the northwestern part of Sicily, in Alcamo, Aldo Viola makes his wines with no compromises.
This Syrah is really distinctive, a silky texture and refreshing sapidity is backed up with pure dark fruit and spice that is quintessentially syrah. A note of black olive on the finish completes this distinctively Sicilian expression of an international grape. Stainless steel only. Indigenous yeasts, natural, unfiltered.
