THE WINE
Pure Nebbiolo. Hand-harvested in September, with spontaneous fermentation and aging entirely in concrete. No contact with wood. A direct and honest wine, with a brilliant red color, aromatic with intense notes of ripe fruit. Deep and well-balanced on the palate, offering a continuous thread of flavor and persistence, blending spicy and fruity tones. The tannins are dense, leading to a silky finish. A superb example of Nebbiolo, grown in the perfect terroir to highlight its true character.
