THE WINE

Firm and aristocratic, of exceptional elegance, this Wine has a distinctive structure and is of the highest calibre with a full taste, warm, and rounded with aromatic, silky intensity. The Wine undergoes slow fermentation for another 30 days in 225 litres ( 59 G) French oak—full bouquet - fruited, lightly herbaceous, exceptionally elegant, recalling wild blackberries, blueberries and violets. Nutmeg, juniper, cinnamon, long finish. Decisively vigorous and haughty, with a full, warm, rotund flavour and a velvety aromatic intensity.

FOOD PAIRING

Amazing with meat, from beef to game. Need solid and flavourful dishes.

THE WINERY

Located in Farra d’Isonzo, an outpost of the Collio Goriziano, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, the BRESSAN winery is quite unique. In today's turbulent ocean of quick industrial fixes and shortcuts, BRESSAN Mastri Vinai is a philosophical lighthouse, and Fulvio Bressan is an unmissable character.

He is passionate about life and winemaking and lives life on his terms. He is opinionated but at the same time has logical reasons for his viewpoints.

Fulvio studied in France, Bordeaux, with the director of Margaux, his mentor.
