THE WINE
Originated by a blend of glera and pinot noir, this is a prosecco with pink colour with copper hints, elegant and lively perlage, well-balanced aroma, as well as generous floral and red fruity notes.

Its taste is savoury, full and balanced. Ideal as an aperitif and on merry convivial occasions.


THE PAIRING 
It goes perfectly with light food, pasta and fish-based dishes.

Prosecco Rosato, a new category of Prosecco, was officially approved on May 20, 2020, by Italy’s Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies. This approval allowed for the production and sale of rosé Prosecco, which is made by blending the white Glera grape with up to 15% of Pinot Noir to achieve its distinctive pink hue and flavor profile.
