THE WINE 
Palazzone Winery has selected specific small plots within their vineyards, where excellent exposures produce the finest Procanico and Grechetto grapes for Terre Vineate. The name evokes medieval land registers. The wine has an intense straw-yellow color, with an elegant and vivid nose defined by white fruit aromas. On the palate, it is dense, with a dry structure and a perfectly balanced finish that harmonizes aromatic notes with a slight bitterness. It pairs excellently with spicy first courses.
