Tagliatelle are a traditional pasta from Emilia Romagna and Marche region of Italy. Legend has it that tagliatelle was created by a talented court chef in 1947.
They can be served with a variety of sauces, this time we have picked for you the classic Genovese pesto and Passata al Pomodoro, so you can choose to cook half of it with one sauce and half of it with the other.
