Rosato IGT, Buccianera (2018) - Toscana
Grapes come from an incredibly high altitude for the classic Tuscan viticulture: 600m asl. This height gives the wine a pleasant mineral nerve.
Grapes are soft pressed immediately after the hand harvest, vinified in stainless steel for 3 months and 2 months in the bottle.
On the nose, it is fruity with sharp notes of rose petals and white currants. In the mouth, it is fresh and light. Good match palate nose, complete the tasting leaving the mouth pleasantly clean.
