"21 S.M." Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva, Ca'liptra (2015) - Marche
San Michele is one of the warmest spots in the Jesi zone and contains its oldest soil. The result is then a Verdicchio with a captivating concentration without lacking nerve, also saline and long. Honey and yellow fruit jam. Fermentation and ageing take place in used barriques for 12 months. Only 1,200 bottles were produced.
