THE WINE
This elegant sparkling wine appears a distinctive, luminous straw yellow, with a long-lasting bead of pin-point bubbles. Its rich bouquet is redolent of floral essences and emphatic impressions of apple and peach, with a subtle touch of citrus. First fermentation in stainless steel, second fermentation using the Charmat process in autoclave at a controlled temperature for 2 months. 2-3 weeks of bottle fining before the release.
