THE WINE 
From the generous and fertile lands of Campania's countryside, in the Sannio Benventano. Barbera del Sannio o Barbera Beneventana is a highly aromatic red wine grape that in certain ways is similar to Aleatico and has a wrapping, balsamic kaleidoscope of intense aromas.
Deeply coloured, rich nose full of is full of berries, ripe red fruit and pink, with mentioned vegetal notes and hints of spices. In the mouth is warm, meaty, medium-full and developing, with intense sour cherry crunchiness! 


THE FOOD PAIRING 
Stews that incorporate beef, venison, or lamb. It also pairs beautifully with rabbit, pork, and duck. Another option is to try a bottle with a rich tomato-based pasta dish.
