A Nebbiolo grown heroically in organic farming on vertiginous terraces located in the heart of Lombardy vinified using a minimum of inputs and benefits from ageing for twelve months in old wood.
On tasting, it is a fresh and fruity Nebbiolo with its nose open to forest fruits, blackberry coulis, pretty floral notes and discreet spice. The mouth is half-bodied, slender by an elegant acidity well integrated into the fruit; it shows a nice relief and a beautiful verticality. It is a wine that exudes sincerity and frankness!
Great with mushroom dishes (even with mushroom and truffle pizza!)
