Maso Bergamini cultivates their Riesling at an altitude of 550 meters, on plots characterized by volcanic soil, resulting in a wine with fragrant aromas of peach and apricot, supported by a good and characteristic acidity. On the palate, important mineral notes stand out in the finish, which will increase with bottle aging.

The Riesling from Maso Bergamini is the result of the union of two harvests: the first in October and the second in late autumn, when the frost and noble rot contribute an extraordinary aromatic note to the grapes.

A peculiarity of Riesling is its relationship with noble rot: if the grapevine is in the right climatic conditions, characterized by good temperature fluctuations, the presence of morning dew, and wind, only in this case will this noble rot develop, allowing the production of a high-quality wine. Noble rot leads to a greater concentration of sugars in the grape, ensuring a better balance between sugars and acids, resulting in an incredibly aromatic wine.

Riesling is also defined as "the reddest of white wines" due to its extraordinary aging ability, thanks to its structure and good acidity, making these bottles enjoyable even for decades.
